Hi, I’m Meaghan, the heart behind The Coastal Bookshelf! Believe it or not, I didn’t always love books. Reading felt like a chore-until the day I experienced my first Blind Date with a Book. The mystery, the excitement, the thrill of diving into a story I knew nothing about-it changed everything. That one surprise book sparked a love of reading that has stayed with me ever since.
Now, I want to bring that same sense of wonder and discovery to young readers everywhere. The Coastal Bookshelf was created to turn books into an adventure. It allows kids to embrace the unknown, spark their imagination, and uncover stories in a whole new way. My goal is to make reading exciting, accessible, and sustainable for families, one surprise book at a time.
